We help measure & increase student's career readiness, career-aligned social capital, and life design skills & mindsets.
About us
We are a social enterprise and we partner with higher ed, post-secondary, and career programs to measure career readiness and increase students' strategic social capital, especially for students who have few to no connections. Our partners leverage Career Launch curricula and our multimodality programming that includes micro-learning delivered via email and text message for friction-less access to a personalized student portal. The micro-learning is supported with workbooks for students, counselors, faculty, and coaches, as well as with live online coaching via video chat, by our partners, or by us. Many of our partners participant in our Certification programs for counselors, student success professionals, and faculty. We were founded with encouragement—and with financial support—from Santa Clara University to scale partnerships nationwide.
