On June 17th, in celebration of Pride Month, Cannon Equipment partnered with Avenues for Youth to build hygiene kits for homeless youth in the Twin Cities. Over 3000 children a night are affected by homelessness in the Twin Cities, with a large number of them being members of the LGBTQ+ community. We built over 200 hygiene kits that included necessities such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, and deodorant. We also included handwritten notes in each kit to encourage those who receive them to see that there are people who care about them no matter what. #pride #weshowup #marmon #cannonequipment
