Building a Better Future for our Farmworking Community

About us

The California Farmworker Foundation, also known as CFF, was founded in 2016 with the mission to serve and support California Farmworkers by providing programs and services to better their quality of life. CFF was formed to offer and create opportunities that would enable Farmworkers that reside in California to develop personal and professional skills. We have five areas in which we model our services: Education, Health & Wellness, Workforce Development, Immigration Services, and Community Engagement. We believe in helping Farmworkers become leaders, empowering individuals to become advocates for themselves and their communities. Proudly serving in Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kern, Santa Barbara, and Riverside Counties.

  • 🌟CFF President Spotlight!🌟 Joe Garcia launched his business in 2005. During peak season, he employs around 3,500 people, most of whom are farmworkers. Coming from a farmworking background, Joe aimed to actively support farmworkers by establishing a non-profit organization focused on their upliftment. In 2016, he founded the California Farmworker Foundation to enhance the lives of farmworkers. Over the past eight years, this initiative has reached and supported more than 300,000 farmworkers. On December 14, Joe graduated from the Business Scaling Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. This program is part of the Latino Business Action Network, involved a nine-week course designed to inspire business owners and non-profit leaders to reexplore their strategies and embrace lifelong learning. Joe was one of 44 graduates who are making impactful contributions to communities across the nation, fostering growth that will benefit future generations. Let us come together to celebrate this remarkable achievement of Joe Garcia. We are so proud of him and his accomplishments!👏✨ #CFF #BuildingBetterFutures
