Exciting News: Timothy Demers Named BOMA Boston Facility Manager of the Year 2024!   Our Director of Facilities Engineering, Tim Demers, has earned this prestigious honor through transformative leadership and comprehensive technical expertise. Since joining C&W Services in 2011, Tim has risen up the ranks in various facilities management capacities, making an impact at every level. Today, Tim leads 160 team members and oversees 18M sq. ft. of Class A commercial and life science properties.   Beyond his operational excellence, Tim is shaping the industry’s future by mentoring 26 apprentices through the Massachusetts Division of Apprentice Standards program. Something special happened when our Ahold Delhaize team in the Mid-Atlantic region gathered for their November safety meeting. The team, led by Jeff Berube, transformed their meeting into a commendable act of giving that rippled through the community. Supporting the St. Ignatius Church's Annual Cooking Up Faith event, C&W team members assembled an incredible feast with 40 turkeys complemented by a harvest of fresh vegetables:  sweet potatoes (240 pounds), regular potatoes (175 pounds), onions (120 pounds), and carrots (75 pounds). The effort resulted in 250 families enjoying delicious Thanksgiving meals. But the spirit of giving continues. The team's annual canned goods drive lasts until December, ensuring our neighbors facing food insecurity have nutritious meals throughout the holiday season.
