Starting July 1, BCLS is going fine free on most items! Say goodbye to overdue fines, you’ll be starting with a clean slate on fines for books, DVDs, CDs, magazines, video games, and technology-on-loan. However, you are still responsible for returning your items to the library to avoid a “lost” status, meaning you won’t be able to check anything out until the overdue items are returned. More information is available at the link below! Happy borrowing! https://lnkd.in/eGFnKS7N

Our second annual Burlington County Book Festival was a great success! A huge thank you to our Co-Host the BCLS Foundation and their generous sponsors: New Jersey Council For The Humanities, Holman, PSEG, Amazon, and TD Bank. Special shout out to the staff and volunteers that helped the event run smoothly! Our presenters were fabulous and our author and vendor tables were very well-attended. Can’t wait for Book Fest 2025! #BookFestival #LibraryEvents

We had an incredible turnout at the library yesterday for the eclipse! The clouds cleared up just in time to see the 90% coverage. Library director Ranjna Das and Burlington County Commissioner Deputy Director Dan O’Connell joined in the fun of watching the eclipse out at the Burlington County Library Ampitheater. Kids used a Sunspotter and a solar telescope to admire the shadowing sun. Thank you to everyone for making the day so much fun! #BCLSreads #Eclipse2024 #NewJerseyEclipse #BurlingtonCounty #exploreBCLS
