Build to Rent to Own

To all reading, we hope you enjoyed celebrating the 248th anniversary of our nation's founding these past few days. We thought this an appropriate time to introduce ourselves to the public, and to offer a brief explanation of what we aim to achieve through Build to Rent to Own ("B2R2O"). The mission of B2R2O is to finance the ground-up construction of dignified, affordable, and sustainable housing for the benefit of "community workforce" groups – teachers, nurses, law enforcement officers, firefighters, municipal and public service employees, and more – and to create opportunities for these beneficiaries to own their home through a programmatic, rent-to-own model. With a flexible and philanthropically motivated approach to project funding, a unique and beneficiary-first approach to ground-up community building, and a tailored and needs-conscious approach to beneficiary engagement, education and support services, B2R2O will enable those it serves to reap the incredible benefits of homeownership as it impacts their quality of life, peace of mind, and opportunities for wealth creation. At the heart of B2R2O is the notion that those who serve our community in ways so often unseen, unthanked, or underappreciated are exactly those most deserving of what is dreamt of when we speak of the "American Dream". It is our hope that through true partnership and a genuine coming-together of local community, we can succeed in restoring to many the spirit of hope that is the source of all our nation's greatest ideals.
