Advances in maintenance strategies and technologies are revolutionizing the submarine industry by ensuring quicker turnaround times, enhanced reliability, and reduced operational downtime. 

To tackle the unique challenges submarines present, maritime welders employ a highly specialized set of skills, tools, and materials.  

Congratulations graduates! The commitment to developing critical manufacturing skills directly supports our nation's naval capabilities. The Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) program continues to deliver the skilled workforce needed to strengthen our naval shipbuilding capacity.
