    Transforming B2B Video Marketing with Animated Explainer Videos

    If your B2B is trying to increase landing page conversions using explainer videos, you need to be careful about something. Instead of trying to speak to everybody, your explainer videos need to make your landing page communicate a specific message to a specific audience while clearly showing how your offering directly helps them achieve the results they are looking for. Which brings me to our client, Aiven. They had seen how CXOs and senior leadership stakeholders were frustrated with cloud technology offerings that were all show but no go. To position itself as a reliable cloud provider, Aiven needed to show its offering in a way that promised direct business outcomes while demonstrating exactly how CXOs and stakeholders could achieve real results, like optimizing costs and improving customer experiences in their business. We helped them do that by creating a series of explainer videos using valuable insights from their Senior Revenue Marketing Manager at the time, Bianca Kharas. Using 2.5D animation, we addressed several challenges to cloud technology that hinder software deployment to increase reliability and keep their audience engaged. Next, we highlighted the benefits of relying on Aiven’s platform, making sure to keep their message concise and informative to increase brand recall and awareness. Creating multiple explainer videos was crucial to help Aiven communicate its message to different audiences while keeping the essence of its story intact, regardless of whether the videos were used on landing pages, social media handles, or sales emails. By showing the real business benefits of using cloud technology in a clear and concise way, the explainer videos helped Aiven highlight their industry expertise and attract interested businesses to their landing page to learn more about their platform and experience the benefits for themselves.
