This holiday season, Brinker Team Members have been busy Serving It Forward in meaningful ways around our local Dallas community! 🌱 Bonton Farms: Brinker volunteers kicked off the season by rolling up their sleeves to harvest, plant and connect with the mission of Bonton Farms. This incredible space transforms lives in the South Dallas area through access to fresh food, community and opportunities. 🥇 Wreaths Across America: This past weekend, BrinkerHeads and their families joined thousands at DFW National Cemetery, paying tribute to those who bravely served our country by laying wreaths on the graves of our nation’s heroes. We’re proud to have a team that leads with purpose and serves others, not just in our restaurants but also in our communities. A huge thank you to our volunteers for inspiring us all to make a difference!

Our Restaurant Support Center team brought the holiday spirit for #UglySweater Day! From festive overalls to over-the-top designs, we’re celebrating the season the BrinkerHead way.🎄✨

Yesterday, our leadership team proudly rang the New York Stock Exchange closing bell, marking 35 incredible years as a publicly traded company. Nothing says fall like a Turkey Trot!🦃 BrinkerHeads started their morning with a fun, casual trot around the lake outside our Restaurant Support Center. It was the perfect way to enjoy some fresh air, good company, and a little pre-holiday movement. As Thanksgiving approaches, we’re reminded how thankful we are for this amazing team and moments like this that bring us together.🧡 Wishing everyone a joyful holiday filled with good food, great company and plenty of gratitude!

Today, we honor the courage and sacrifice of our veterans. At our Restaurant Support Center, we gathered for a heartfelt #VeteransDay breakfast and a powerful presentation of colors by JROTC MacArthur High School, celebrating the brave individuals who’ve served our country. Thank you, veterans, for all you’ve done to protect our freedom.🎖️

We had an amazing time at our 15th Annual Brinker Fall Festival 🎃 BrinkerHeads and their families enjoyed a festive afternoon filled with games, crafts, a petting zoo, pony rides, music, delicious food and drinks, and even a haunted house! Kicking off the holiday season with connection and generosity, we also raised funds for the North Texas Food Bank through a variety of raffle items, spreading some early holiday cheer for a great cause.

Last week’s Bring Your Dog to Work Day was a tail-wagging success! 🐶 Not only did we have our furry coworkers in the office, but we also hosted a fun dog show! From best tricks to cutest costumes, the pups brought their A-game, and the competition was fierce (and adorable). It was a great reminder of how little moments like these can bring so much joy and connection to the workplace. Can’t wait for the next one!🐾💼
