About us
Brennan Manna Diamond is a full-service entrepreneurial law firm, with a proven track record for creative problem-solving. With offices in Ohio, Florida and Arizona, BMD focuses on providing pro-business solutions for individuals and businesses of all sizes, across a wide variety of industry sectors, nationwide. At Brennan Manna Diamond, we have a staff of distinguished attorneys with a unique range of skills who offer a deep understanding of how our clients succeed in their businesses. We strive to understand our clients’ goals, and we know how our work affects the future of our clients. Our services cover virtually every eventuality faced by businesses, from company startups to dispute resolution, from mergers and acquisitions to sophisticated transactions. One of the most important—yet most rare—qualities of any attorney is the ability to listen well to clients. We believe that we can best counsel our clients only after gaining a solid understanding of their businesses, industries, experiences and projects. In addition to solid traditional legal advice, we seek to provide added value through the wealth of relationships, resources and opportunities to which our firm and its lawyers are privy. Hiring a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely upon marketing materials. Please take the opportunity to discuss your specific needs with us so we can provide you with more information about our qualifications and experience.
