At Moving Mountains we use Breezeway Inspection Templates to send reports that are packed with details to our Owners. We always get a ton of compliments. Our Owners LOVE all the pictures we are able to include in these reports. In addition to doing annual full property assessments, every September we do safety inspections of each home. Our Breezeway safety template includes 53 safety items to be checked. Breezeway makes all these inspections easy and consistent for our teams in all 3 of our markets. Our other big win using Breezeway Inspection Tools is that we can share resources between markets and we know each inspection will be completed the same way.
