In 2017, friends Mac Frederick and Shana Steigerwalt launched Ta Ta for Now, a celebration in honor of their mothers, both breast cancer survivors. Inspired by their journey, they chose to partner with Breastcancer.org to provide vital resources to others facing breast cancer. Now in its 8th year, Ta Ta for Now has grown into a cherished event uniting survivors, families, and supporters. Breastcancer.org is deeply grateful to Mac, Shana, and all who attended, donated, and volunteered to make this year’s event a success.
