Type 2: The Solution Providers Characteristics: Identify problems and bring potential solutions. Impact: They contribute proactively, offering solutions and facilitating decision-making. Management View: Often recognized and promoted for their initiative and leadership qualities. Type 3: The Problem Identifiers Characteristics: Identify problems but expect others to solve them. Impact: They highlight issues but rely on others for solutions, which can add to others' workload. Management View: Seen as least performing, but with proper support and training, they can develop into more proactive roles. Type 4: The Problem Creators Characteristics: Bring problems because they are the source of the issues. Impact: They create challenges and disruptions within the team or organization.
