NIBS is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization. It was established by Congress in 1974. Ryan Colker is the Vice President of Innovation with the International Code Council and serves as the Executive Director of The Alliance for National & Community Resilience. Ryan serves as Chair of our Off-Site Construction Council, a group he helped form during his tenure with NIBS.
