Study after study shows that working parents are burnt out (see links below). Things need to change if companies don't want to lose these employees and the intellectual capital they represent. Some of those changes are cultural shifts such as more job sharing and paid parental leave, but some of the changes are personal. This is where we come in. Beyond Your Wildest Dreams teaches actionable, accessible, science-backed workshops that will give your employees valuable productivity and habit formation skills. Skills that will benefit your employees at work and at home, and then again at work because when employees are happier, they are more productive (see links below). Most planning, productivity, and time management training is created for people who only have to think of themselves. However, parents and caregivers are often expected or even asked to put the needs of others before their own. This is not sustainable, leading to poor health, resentment, and burnout. -We teach the vital skills of planning, productivity, and time management through the lens of caregivers. -We understand the struggles parents face to be healthy and fulfilled, while also being parents and employees. -We believe it's possible for everyone to win, and that everyone benefits when caregivers needs are being met. Do you wake up with your mind racing? Thinking about all the things you need to do that day: the appointments, the tasks, the chores. I get it, it’s so easy to get stuck in my head, which is why I really value my morning ritual to reclaim my time and energy into the present and keep me calm. While our minds can live in the future, and even in different destinations, your body can only be one place, here and now. My morning ritual really activates all of my senses and grounds me in the here and now. And when I’m grounded in the here and now, all of the racing thoughts, disappear.
