I recently finished reading Aaron Dignan's The Brave New Work, and it has reshaped how I think about leadership, collaboration, and workplace culture. One insight that stood out to me is the idea that the systems we create often hold us back because they are often obsolete and have not evolved. When redesigning our operations systems with intention can unlock adaptability, trust, and creativity. This book is a call to action to examine the invisible rules and assumptions guiding our work. Are they helping us thrive, or are they holding us back? By questioning these systems and redesigning them with intention, we can create workplaces that are more responsive, human-centered, and innovative.
