Bethany House wants to thank Rep. Denson for making sure this long standing, 2 yr. state funding was renewed! We operate Shelter for 43 families at a cost of about $47/person/day for all meals, housing, supplies and programming. We appreciate that the Representative recognizes the critical role of our services for so many families each year. BHS programs work! 85-90% of our families remain stably housed when we look out 2-3 years.

The holiday season is here! Our administration offices will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so our team can enjoy some well-deserved time with family and friends. Thanks to the City of Cincinnati, Deanna White, Councilwoman Meeka Owens, Project Connect, Rebeka Beach and all of the people who attended and told their housing stories. One parent said she wouldn’t have landed in a homeless situation had she understood her tenant rights sooner. We are deeply appreciative of this partnership with the City of Cincinnati and all of their work around housing and advocating for tenants.
