The National Apartment Association (Naahq) recently held its Assembly of Delegates (AOD) meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. This event is the largest business meeting of the year for the organization, where the new incoming volunteer leadership is installed. The AOD is comprised of two hundred and fifty delegates from the NAA’s ten regions.   Congratulations to Berkshire’s Partner and Head of Property Management, Alan King, as he was inducted as NAA’s Chair for 2025. Alan’s appointment, backed by his 45 years in real estate, underscores his dedicated service to multifamily sector. His official term starts in January 2025.

The Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) recently celebrated its 36th Annual REFA Gala in Boston, MA, and Berkshire was pleased to be a sponsor of this milestone event. With over 600 attendees from the CRE industry, it was the largest event to date.
