✨ Benning Supports Operation Christmas Coat ✨ The Zachos Team, led by Paul Zachos, is on a mission to keep kids in Douglas County warm this winter. This incredible initiative, started years ago, provides coats to children in need, including those from Youth Villages. Anthony Zito of Benning Construction has been a key supporter, helping streamline the collection and distribution of thousands of coats over the years. Benning’s own Marketing Manager, Jessica Coleman, stepped in to represent the company by coordinating and supporting Paul’s team in purchasing the coats. This year, the effort goes beyond coats! Paul and Anthony are also partnering with the Douglas County School System to deliver 12 Nintendo Switches to deserving students, inspiring them to always put their best foot forward. 💌 Want to get involved? 🎉 Exciting News! 🎉 A huge shoutout to our amazing Estimating Team for their hard work and dedication—thanks to you, we've secured another Publix Store project! We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve signed the contract for a new shopping development at The Shops at Indian Creek in Locust Grove, GA. This 18-acre shopping center will feature a 49,785-square-foot Publix, 18,000 square feet of retail shops, and multiple outparcels for future development. Construction is set to begin in January 2025, with the Publix store scheduled to open by late 2025. Leading the way on this exciting project are Josh Duncan as Project Manager, Jacob Bailey as Assistant Project Manager, Clint Painter as Superintendent, and Katherine Samford as Project Coordinator.
