Belmont Village Aventura is on its way up! 🏗️ The 11-story high rise which broke ground last year, topped out this month and will open in early 2026. The community is the culmination of six years of thoughtful planning and collaboration between Belmont Village Senior Living and Turnberry. ❤️

These dedicated individuals have now embarked on their new management roles, and we look forward to watching them soar in their careers!

The future residents of Belmont Village San Ramon had a wonderful time jingling and mingling at our recent holiday party! The Jingle Mingle mixer provided an opportunity for our future residents, who will move into the community in January, to get to know their neighbors and our management team. 🎉✨

This marks our fourth community in the San Diego area and 17th in California since our founding in 1997. Developed in collaboration with Greystar Real Estate Partners, this new community is designed to elevate luxury living and deliver exceptional care for seniors. November 2024 Employee Spotlight 🌟 We’re honored to recognize Tara Arancibia, whose inspiring career journey at Belmont Village Senior Living embodies dedication, compassion and leadership. Tara began her journey with us in 2009 as the Executive Director of our Belmont Village Green Hills community in Nashville. Three years later, Tara accepted the position of Executive Director at Belmont Village Turtle Creek in Dallas and helped open that community. In 2015, Tara’s outstanding commitment earned her a promotion to Director of Recruitment, where she helped shape Belmont’s internal recruitment department. Today, she serves as Vice President of Recruitment, leads a dedicated recruitment team and has established a robust recruitment program that has made an impact on our hiring process. Tara, your incredible journey and heartfelt dedication inspire us all. Thank you for everything you do.
