The 515 Walnut is moving forward after the City Council approved the project at tonight's meeting, redefining the Des Moines skyline. The 33-story 390 residential unit building is the largest and tallest residential project in the history of downtown Des Moines. The building will include a coffee shop, bike storage, a dog park, coworking spaces, fitness rooms, and more. In addition, this project will provide over 700 construction jobs while the tower is being constructed. http://DSM.city/news for more information
