Tyndall Air Force Base is raising the bar for combat readiness! 🛩️ Pilots are now equipped with advanced CBRN gear, ensuring unmatched protection while operating F-35A aircraft. With rigorous training and cutting-edge technology, Tyndall continues to lead in modern defense innovation.

Exciting growth is happening in Bay County! Latitude Margaritaville has sold 2,000 homes in just over three years, with 1,500 more on the way. The St. Joe Company’s Hotel Indigo and Harrison’s Kitchen are transforming Panama City with impactful corporate investment, driving revitalization without burdening taxpayers. Self-funded and innovative, this partnership has already contributed nearly $400,000 to the city’s general fund, supporting essential services and economic growth.

McGuire’s Irish Pub is bringing its signature charm to Front Beach Road with a brand-new 24,000-square-foot restaurant. Slated to open in February 2025, this iconic spot will seat up to 650 guests and feature the warm, classic Irish pub vibe fans know and love. Stay tuned for the grand opening in February 2025.

Tyndall Air Force Base continues its transformation into the Base of the Future, with significant advancements showcased at the Tyndall Tech Expo last week. Industry leaders and government representatives highlighted innovative technologies, including robotic systems and advanced drone countermeasures aimed at securing airspace integrity.

IAG Aero Group is bringing over 500 jobs and a $107 million investment to Bay County in a transformational economic development project. This aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul company will establish operations at Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport and in Lynn Haven. Latitude Margaritaville Watersound, located near Panama City Beach, offers a laid-back, coastal lifestyle for those 55 and better. They recently sold their 2,000th vibrant home, complete with amenities like the Paradise Pool and Fins Up Fitness Center. Phase two amenities are in progress, including the Workin’ N’ Playin’ Center, Last Mango Theater, Hangar Workshop, and Barkaritaville Pet Spa.
