This idea that "AI will replace us" is, in my opinion, very short-sighted. Let me explain: I've seen software and AI releases with the potential to replace people. I've even seen companies attempt to replace their employees with AI. Many examples at different scales, some more and some less well known. This pattern seems to emerge: - They fire their team - They "replace" with AI - They realize that AI is just "okay" - They ultimately re-hire -> The best situation is to empower your team with AI, not to replace them. (i think that's what makes ChatGPT and alike ultimately so successful because they are a tool *for* the end-user to become better at their work and they got adopted quickly bottom-up for that) *Companies attempting to fully replace their employees will go through this cycle. On the flip-side, companies that are winning are RETAINING and EMPOWERING their employees. ↳ But they are giving them the best AI tools to help the *person doing the job do the job better/faster/more automated*. The reality is that automation/AI amplifies employees. But AI alone is like having 1/2 an employee. Take sales teams, for example. ➔ Without automation: SDRs spend hours doing repetitive tasks ➔ With automation: Those same SDRs focus on generating pipeline at multiple times the speed. That's exactly our strategy with Bardeen - story time: One of our customers, Deel, scaled their sales team with Bardeen automations. 1 SDR found out about Bardeen. He signed up and created a playbook. - His entire team started using it. - And then the entire SDR team. - And now hundreds of sales reps have it across Deel. They didn’t hire fewer people or terminate anyone. They gave their existing team tools to increase their output. They are crushing it. The result? Faster growth + pipeline. Automation isn’t about doing less with less.  It’s about doing more with what you have!

Mission: Accomplished! This was a very nice targeted outreach and congratulations, you achieved your goal. I also responded and took the call. Good job! This is a great example how automation can help you do better outreach by automatically having Bardeen go through your prospects LinkedIn, website and other sources to help tailor the perfect short and targeted message. More of these please, and hit me up if you want to learn how to do this!

The team woke yesterday to this… 🤩 Bardeen was featured in the Chrome Store’s favorite extensions! Being a browser extension is one of our biggest differentiators as an automation platform. It allows us to: 🌐 Work with the tools you already use—even if they don’t have an API. 🧠 Understand how you work and suggest context-relevant automations. ⚡️ Stay one click away—no endless tabs required. Bardeen automates both apps and websites, combining traditional API connections with innovative Browser Agents, which interact directly with your web pages. Some examples of what it can do: ✅ Save a list of conference speakers directly to Sheets with one prompt. ✅ Check if a company list is SOC 2 compliant in seconds. ✅ Forward specific emails to your accountant without lifting a finger. It’s automation designed to work where you work. This is what modern workflow automation looks like. Pascal Weinberger Artem H. Colby Morgan Hayk Falakyan

🚀 Finally got a great cold email. Here’s why it works: 1️⃣ Focus on the problem They hit on a real pain point: “custom enterprise contracts pulling engineering into time-consuming customizations.” Cold emails don’t sell—they spark curiosity. 👀 2️⃣ Clearly personalized They mentioned Bardeen’s credit system. 🏆 A nod to our product, but I'm not really the ICP—our CTO Artem H. would’ve loved this. Close enough though. 3️⃣ Human tone It feels like a real person talking. AI might’ve written it—don’t care. It works. 🤝 4️⃣ Short and sweet They kept it tight. Emails aren’t for closing deals; they’re for getting that first call. 📞 Now if you wanted to write an email like this at scale, you should be looking at Bardeen. Here's how you could do this with one of our automations: 👀 Identify companies with credit based pricing models: Use our Browser Agent to crawl hundreds of websites, then extract exactly how your prospects charge for their product. ☎️ Enrich contact info and qualify them with AI to make sure you're reaching out to the right person. ✍ Write the email with an intuitive email generator - either the subject line, opening sentence, closing remarks, or the entire email. DM for this playbook!

We’ve seen customers get caught up in the hype around tools like Clay and Smartlead, only to dive in too quickly, end up in a mess, and watch the fees start to rack up. Start with an agency that has the stack and the expertise already. Prove the concept. Then, take it in-house.
