Over his 10-year tenure at South City Partners, he moved through the ranks to eventually becoming a VP of Development. As a VP, Sean focused on leading the development process including but not limited to; financial underwriting, due diligence, design coordination, acquisition, construction management, lease-up, and disposition. During his time at South City Partners, Sean managed and was directly involved in the development of over $850 million in Class A multifamily, student, and mixed-use projects ranging anywhere from garden-style to high-rise construction. After a decade of success with South City Partners, Sean is now a Development Partner with Middleburg Communities, a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and construction firm with projects across the United States.
