We design and build high-quality Net Zero Ready small homes in backyards (aka ADUs–Accessory Dwelling Units) and on standalone land. We combine modern prefab construction techniques with a flawless on-site construction process that makes new construction predictable and accessible to everyone. Our granny flats are prefabricated 400-600SF, 1-bedroom tiny homes. with full basements, a full-sized kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The quality of construction and affordability allows homeowners to use our tiny homes for rental income, for downsizing or as a home for family.
