Normally, HVAC installs aren't considered exciting - but in this case they are! Thanks to a City of Minneapolis grant, funded by the City's initiative aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, we were able to install new HVAC units at Avivo Village.

Marfred, now a first-year apprentice with the St. Paul IBEW Local 110, is living proof of what’s possible when opportunity and support come together.
