    🤔 I wonder how many dealers know what a "SiteMap" is and where to find it? Just because you remove your staff page from your website menu doesn’t mean it’s gone. A SiteMap can still expose hidden pages, outdated content, or even sensitive information you thought was removed.     I miss the days of in person applications. You walked in, filled out an application, and the boss, or someone from HR came out and had a little chat with you. Sometimes, they interviewed you right there. Sometimes, they called you in a few days to come in. You were able to get a sense of them. They got a sense of you. It all seemed so simple. It was about people. About showing up, shaking a hand, and having a conversation. Work was a job, not an endless audition. Companies hired people, trained them, and gave them a chance to prove themselves. Some stayed a year. Some stayed decades. But the process was simple, human, and—most importantly—it worked. We’ve overcomplicated it all. Searching for “the one” while perfectly good candidates slip through the cracks because their resume didn’t have the right buzzword or they failed a personality test that’s somehow more important than actual skills.
