How I build AI-Human collaboration processes that get results 👀 It comes down to understanding 3 key factors: 1. Complementary Strength ↳ AI capabilities + human advantages 2. Integration Frameworks ↳ How they work together 3. Value Creation ↳ Turning collaboration into results That's why I've created a framework showing you: - How to map complementary strengths - Where to build integration points - Ways to measure combined impact Most organizations fail at AI implementation because they focus on tools instead of collaboration. This approach will help you avoid that. Check out the detailed breakdown in the carousel! → I help leaders build effective AI-human processes → DM me "AI COLLAB" if you want help implementing this Hit the 🔔 to be notified when I dive deeper into these topics!

Failed AI initiatives often have similar things in common. The managers or C-Suite failed to consider employees: - understanding of AI impact on position (in long term) - how well they do the task prior to/without AI - difficulty using AI to improve that task consistently AI is useful but it's not immediately consistently useful for everyone. Here’s a common scenario: Pre-AI → People were great at their jobs (and the tasks included) Here comes ChatGPT & 10,000 tools…. ↳ employees get told to use AI for these jobs/tasks ↳ AI results aren’t consistently as good as the prior results ↳ they'll revert back to their old ways because results are better AI is not just a tech change. It’s a behavior and process change as well. All variables need to be considered for best results. Consider the people involved before the technology required.

Fascinating and very positive evening listening to Reid Hoffman talk about AI last night in London. "AI is the biggest moment since steam power. But with new technology we often fear what might go wrong, rather than welcome the opportunities and consider what might go right". At the Isaiah Berlin annual lecture "“Superagency: Empowering Humanity in the Age of AI.” Thanks to Zaki Cooper for the invite; great to also hear from former Prime Minister Rishi Sunak who hosted the AI safety summit in the UK a year ago. Other fav quotes from the evening; "Using AI tech like ChatGPT starts with "what's in it for me" and naturally leads to "what's in it for us." "Technology makes new things possible. And we then have new freedoms because of the new possibilities" "Intelligence + energy: Intelligence gives us the option to evaluate options, energy give us the ability to take action. Which leads us to a path to broad prosperity."

At a Digital Catapult “Shaping the Future of AI Innovation and Investment” event in London. Great to meet Alan Furley again (last time was at our CEO dinner in Bristol) and to hear from the panel Mathias Strasser (“in every field AI will change everything”) Cecilia N. (Next wave of transformative tech? “Mundane everyday tasks”) Dr Wareed Alenaini (ethics are critical) Peter Barnard (“finding the human voice / the authenticity”) and George Mensah (“is the AI actually solving a real life problem (validated by paying customers)” And a fab keynote by Daniel Hulme - my favourite quote “LLMs are like intoxicated graduates” And a wonderfully succinct “The 6 Applications of AI”
