    2024 was a landmark year for technology, Attentive and the brands we work with. As I reflect on the past 12 months, I'm struck by the pace of innovation we are experiencing, what we as Attentive have achieved for our customers, the scale at which we deployed these new offerings, and the incredible possibilities ahead. A few highlights that make me particularly proud: → Our AI innovations have achieved remarkable milestones with brands achieving an average 124% revenue boost for customers using our AI Pro and AI Journeys products → Attentive brands sent over 53 billion messages this year (3.9 billion during Cyber Week alone!) - achieving a scale in mobile marketing messaging previously unheard of → We expanded globally, growing revenue 125%+ internationally → For the fourth consecutive year, we made both the Deloitte Fast 500 and Forbes Cloud 100 lists To the brands that have made it all possible, thank you. We exist to solve customer problems. You are at the heart of everything we do. Without your trust and partnership, none of this would be possible. What truly energizes me is seeing how our customers are transforming their businesses - from the Carolina Panthers creating real-time fan experiences to Neiman Marcus Group delivering individualized shopping journeys.     The Chicago Fire are proud to share that our Club was named as the Winner of the 2024 Mark Abbott Major League Soccer Starting XI Club Business Award for Business Intelligence Project of the Year. The Fire received the award for the Club’s launch of an SMS subscriber program, in partnership with Attentive. 🤝 The development of an SMS subscriber program is part of our goal to continue growing our fanbase – to reach new audiences, attract new individuals to the sport, and welcome new fans around the greater Chicagoland region and beyond.   • The end of the year is a great time to celebrate wins—but it can also come with its share of stress, long hours, and burnout as we close things out. That’s why we're proud to support mental health and neurodiverse talent through our employee resource groups. Led by Kelley Hopkins, Sarah Dawson, Emma Roddy, and Sophia Calandra, Continuum has been driving impactful conversations and initiatives to prioritize mental health across our teams. Some highlights from this year: ↳ Hot Talks, Cool Minds: A new series where Attentive leaders, like Exec Sponsor (and our CEO) Amit J., share how they prioritize mental health. ↳ A donation to Dreams in Progress, supporting underserved Black and Brown communities in Chicago. ↳ In-person fitness classes hosted nationwide to encourage movement and connection. ↳ Partnering with Attentive’s Asian American ERG, Amplify, to provide Kintsugi Kits for people at home, promoting compassion and well-being. ↳ Membership has grown by 42% since April 2024 (!)—proof that this work is resonating. Thank you to our ERG leads for helping build an environment where mental health is supported and celebrated, not just talked about.
