The event will be held from February 13–15, 2025, at Pathways School Gurgaon, and we look forward to hosting you for this significant gathering. Logistics and Key Information Venue: Pathways School Gurgaon, Baliawas Village, Off Gurgaon-Faridabad Road, Gurugram. Arrival: Enter through Gate No. 5. Drivers of chauffeur-driven cars will have lunch and tea facilities at the support staff cafeteria. Self-driven car parking is near Gate No. 5. Transportation will be provided for guests staying at Grand Hyatt and DoubleTree Hilton. Safety and Security: Carry a government-issued ID for verification at Gate No. 5. Sign the Code of Conduct (Child Protection Pledge) at registration. Always wear the provided lanyard while on campus. Facilities Dedicated Lounge: Available from Day 2 in the Middle Years faculty room on the third floor. Cloakroom: Located in Multipurpose Hall 3 for luggage storage. The Association of Heads of IB Schools in India and South Asia, organized the PYP Coordinators Network Meeting on 10th August at the aLphabet International School, Chennai. Nearly 120 PYP practitioners and 20 Heads of schools attended the event. With nine sessions on best approaches to PYP and a soul nurturing session for the Heads, the event was a grand success.

On 10th August 2024, the Western Region of the Association hosted the PAN India and SA-IB DP & CP Coordinators Meet at Podar International School - India Mumbai. With participation from 124 Programme Coordinators and 30 IB Heads across India, the event covered crucial topics such as curriculum planning, assessments, and integrating the CP core with CRS and DP subjects. Highlights included sessions on digital age assessments, balancing IQ and EQ in the age of AI, and forums for both new and experienced coordinators. The meet fostered meaningful discussions, networking opportunities, and set the stage for continued collaboration among IB professionals. Thanks to our host Dr.Vandana Lulla and the Regional Executive Merzeen Doctor and Priya Anand for putting this together. The Pan India IB Programme Coordinators Meet and North India IB Heads Meet, hosted by Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon, was an enriching experience, bringing together leaders and the MYP coordinators from across the country to share insights, challenges, and best practices. The participants had an opportunity to network, collaborate, and learn from each other's experiences, creating a vibrant platform for exchanging ideas.
