👋Say hello to another amazing AEE Member: Sarah Goldberg! Sarah grew up in the pine barrens of New Jersey and is now based in Mancos, CO. Sarah is a Staff Manager at Deer Hill Expeditions, where they are responsible for hiring, training, and management of field staff. Sarah works to develop an experiential curriculum and minimize unnecessary risks in the backcountry. In reflecting on their journey, Sarah remarked that they, "(very luckily) stumbled into AEE. I attended Sterling College (an AEE accredited Federal work college) from 2016-2019, where I was steeped in experiential education every day. Everything was hands-on and in person. I became obsessed!
