🚀 Exciting Collaboration Alert! 🚀 Assembly Digital Commerce teamed up with Mars to test out new Amazon content for Wrigley’s Extra Gum. We asked a select bunch of Gen Zer’s to compare existing assets with our new, data-inspired versions… and the results were refreshingly positive! The Mars teams were instrumental in the seamless process, thoroughly laying the ground for the dComm shift to Gen Z. Their engagement in the data-driven approach, down to the fine details like Gen Z daily habits, underlined their commitment to innovative, best-in-class partnerships. This A/B testing project involved target consumers comparing 2 versions of 5 different products for the Australian market, and our bright new assets certainly gave them something to chew on. The results speak for themselves – see below: It was a pleasure to work alongside: Mars Snacking BCCHub in London who trusted us to reinvent their brands in dCommerce: Zara K. & Megan Tully; Mars Australia, who made sure our comms and content were relevant to local shoppers: Will Cudlipp, Melanie Alforque, Michelle Walsh and John Howe. MDLBEAST partnered with Assembly to sell #Soundstorm, its flagship music festival, by driving ticket sales through a targeted, data-driven campaign. And we did it. Assembly ran a two-week prospecting campaign using @TikTok's new AI tool, Smart+, to optimize ticket purchases. We tested Smart+ against standard conversion optimization, using similar budgets to see which approach would deliver better results. Then we created four ad creatives offering a 30% discount to boost engagement and conversions. We set up a measurement system to compare the performance of Smart+ against standard methods. And the results were impressive: ticket sales increased by 29%, conversion rates (CVR) rose by 64%, and cost per acquisition (CPA) dropped by 20%. By leveraging TikTok’s Smart+ tool and a targeted media strategy, we helped MDLBEAST achieve its goal of selling out Soundstorm while also driving more efficient ticket sales at a lower cost.
