  • Ashland Greene is pleased to announce the successful completion of a cash-out refinance at Lockhart Apartment Homes. Over a period of seven months, our team evaluated various debt options, working closely with our asset management and operations teams to optimize the property's performance.    Despite challenges in the capital markets, we have secured a fixed-rate loan from Freddie Mac with a two-year interest-only period. The new loan exceeds the original loan balance and enables a cash-out to refinance, resulting in improved cash at the property.   Special thanks to the Ashland Greene and Northmarq Teams: Shakti C'Ganti, Pete Hales, Gustav Bahn, Philip Brick, Kevin Leamy, Joel Heikenfeld, Lauren Bresky, and Jeffrey Erxleben in assisting us with the successful cash-out refinance!
