Our specialty is working with national and super regional retailers and restaurant chains, to design and install high impact attention getters that grab the consumer at the most important decision point…outside your store or restaurant. In addition, big brand companies look to ASAP Event Advertising for expertise in promoting their brand identity at a variety of venues including major sporting events, trade shows, special events and outside retail locations in partnership with major retailers. We create, manage, and service larger-than-life brand building props, product replicas and attention getters. 2024: A Year of Expansions and Impact As we look back on 2024, we’re proud of the milestones we achieved alongside our incredible clients. Highlight 1 – Expanding a Retail Brand Across Four States We were tasked with creating a seamless transition by driving local street side traffic to these newly revamped stores, while reinforcing the brand’s presence. - Our in-house project manager served as a single point of contact, streamlining communication between the client, our team, and our nationwide installer network. - Our installer network consists of local installers that handle the signage installations with precision and professionalism, ensuring each location was event-ready. - The zoning coordinator navigated local regulations, secured necessary approvals, and ensured compliance at every location. Thanks to this unified effort, the client successfully launched their new acquired stores with impactful branding and an enhanced local presence. Highlight 2 - Elevating Grocery Store Remodels Across North Carolina We were tasked with boosting their brand visibility and engagement for these remodeled locations with eye-catching on-site event signage designed to attract current customers, passing traffic, and pedestrians. We delivered the results by combining expertise and collaboration across multiple teams. - Our project manager ensured that every phase of the project ran smoothly, from planning to execution. - Our local install network worked accordingly with our project manager and the support team to ensure that that each location was set up sufficiently and their custom signage was tailored to each locations needs. - Our zoning coordinator managed permits, ensuring that the signage installed was accepted by local requirements. The result? A rejuvenated presence for the grocery chain, stronger customer connections, and an uptick in foot traffic at their remodeled stores. Highlight 3 - Launching a New Food Menu Item We were tasked with designing and installing Adverflags that reflected the client’s brand while effectively communicating the launch of the new menu item. This project was able to come together by multiple areas of our expertise by: - Our graphics team crafting bold and brand specific Adverflags that grabbed attention and communicated the menu’s appeal. - A project manager coordinated timelines and managed communication across all stakeholders. - Our personal install team worked at each location, meeting precise scheduling requirements to ensure maximum visibility was reached for the launch. - Zoning was seamlessly handled to ensure compliance and a hassle-free rollout. The campaign successfully drove customer engagement and excitement for the new menu items, delivering measurable results for the client. Yesterday, we had the honor of volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati in their Taste of Hope kitchen.
