Looking back on 2024, we're extremely proud of the projects we've delivered and the programs we continue to work on, like constructing numerous battery facilities. We've also completed our largest steel project to-date, built numerous first-of-a-kind energy storage projects and delivered many intricate, expertly managed projects to our expansive customer base. Congratulations to Bob on his well-earned retirement after 38 years with Aristeo! Bob’s integral role as a truck driver set up thousands of jobs for success by providing tools and materials to complete a job. His proudest moment across his nearly 4 decades with us was being recognized with the Aristeo Integrity Values Award for doing the right thing and always being responsible. Looking back on his career with Aristeo, Bob fondly remembers his time working alongside his coworkers who became true friends. He will miss the comradery, but he looks forward to all things outdoors like camping, boating, fishing and traveling out west. Thank you, Bob, for your years of dedication! We wish you well in retirement.

In partnership with the United Way for Southeastern Michigan, Aristeo purchased, assembled and delivered nearly 300 bikes for children across 5 local organizations this holiday season. We're proud to participate in this bike drive for nearly a decade and to give back to our local community, and we thank our partners for their support in this charitable initiative.

Throughout the '10s, Aristeo expanded the footprint of General Motors' Spring Hill Manufacturing facility, which produces Cadillac models. We completed 30 projects, including adding nearly 200,000 SF of additional plant space, eight new truck docks and a 20-foot-deep stamping press pit at GM's largest facility in the U.S. Read more here: https://bit.ly/3Vac04e #ProjectThrowback

Giving back is important to us, which is why we offer 16 hours of paid volunteer time and $250 to each team member to donate to a cause of their choosing. Aristeo is committed to the overall development of the construction workforce, prioritizing apprenticeship and outreach programs in partnership with local skilled trades unions and industry organizations. We recently donated dozens of welding helmets to local training centers, and our in-house skilled trades team trains over 100 apprentices each year through mentorship and on-the-job training, and we're proud to have trained hundreds of apprentices to the Aristeo standard. Congrats to our customer, Mazda Toyota Manufacturing, on your 6th anniversary! We were proud to serve as one of the general contractors onsite, managing the foundations for the entire 4 square mile site and the construction of the stamping press weld facility, as well as providing our high quality self perform services on many of the jobsite’s buildings.
