Last week, Davis DeKorte and I had the amazing opportunity to tour the cutting-edge walk-in cooler at Peter Luger's in Caesars Palace, proudly manufactured by Kinzie Capital Partners LP portfolio company Arctic Industries, LLC. This impressive 40,000 sq. ft. cooler can store up to 3,200 beef cuts and over $1 million worth of meat, for dry aging! The meticulous craftsmanship and functionality truly demonstrate why Arctic is a trusted name in the industry. A big thank you to Peter Luger's for the insightful tour and for showcasing the exceptional capabilities of Arctic! #PeterLugers #LasVegas #ArcticIndustries #WalkInCoolers

This week, we hosted a Continuing Education Seminar at Arctic East in Miami, FL for esteemed foodservice consultants from FCSI The Americas. Our guests joined us for a fantastic welcome dinner at Gianni's Restaurant at the Versace Mansion in South Beach, followed by a firsthand look at how Arctic is shaping the future of the walk-in industry, and a series of presentations from thought leaders. Starting with a guided tour of our factory by CEO, Brian Murphy, this unique experience highlighted our commitment to excellence in walk-in engineering, design, and manufacturing and the differentiation that sets Arctic apart. Later, we discussed trends and challenges facing the foodservice industry including new refrigeration regulations for 2025 and 2026, company succession planning, the stainless steel market, and how to market to architects. Special thanks to our brilliant speakers Lenny Condenzio (Ricca Design Studios), Scott Reitano (Reitano Design Group), Patrick Gribbin (HTPG), and Tom Flynn (Specialty Rolled Metals (SRM) whose expertise and passion brought invaluable insights and all our attendees Alice Stipe, Matt Daley, Rick Sevieri, Lu Schildmeyer, Tim Agosti, Maira Zanchetti, Alison O'Hearn, Nick Morales, Katja Beck, William Cromwell, George P., Jeff Brown, and Paul Guillaume. Your enthusiasm, questions, and commitment to learning made this event meaningful and impactful. In true Arctic fashion, this was a team effort. Many thanks to the entire Arctic team for pitching in and supporting VP of Sales, Ben Casey, MBA, and Director of Channel Growth, Michael Frank. Your help ensured this event was a huge success! Here's to continuing our journey of innovation and excellence, one seminar at a time! #ArcticIndustries #FCSI #Foodservice #ContinuingEducation #Innovation

We were honored to have our VP of Sales, Ben Casey, MBA attend the 25th Anniversary celebration for Tri-State Marketing last month in NYC. Tri-State Marketing Associates founders, Bart Gobioff and Lynne Schultz have been pivotal in establishing the company’s strong presence in NYC, Upstate NY, PA, and NJ. Their dedication, vision, and leadership have been instrumental in fostering a partnership that has been both fruitful and rewarding. As Ben spent time with Bart, Lynne, and the entire Tri-State team, it was evident that the values of commitment, integrity, and excellence run deep within the organization.
