Our President & CEO, Frank Ciminelli, sat down with Buildots to reflect on our journey with AI progress tracking. In the interview, Frank dives into the challenges of adopting new technology, the importance of change management, and the lessons our team has learned as we work to enhance project performance with Buildots. As with all things, the successes we have achieved thus far come down to the way our people have stepped up to learn, train, and implement this technology. If you are interested in how AI progress tracking is reshaping construction, you can read the full blog post here. 👉 https://lnkd.in/eCjBjv2W #Construction #ConstructionManagement #ConstructionAI #GrowthMindset #BuffaloNY #PhildelphiaPA #MorristownNJ

We are honored to be listed as one of Buffalo’s Top Private Companies for 2024. In October, Frank Ciminelli & Cynthia Keegan Ciminelli joined Buffalo Business First’s John Tebeau and fellow Top Private Companies honorees at a dinner and round-table discussion to share their insights on a challenge impacting many industries – an aging workforce. One of our solutions is to work with the community to build a strong workforce from the ground up. This requires banding together with partners of all kinds, from high schools and local universities to industry competitors, to build programs that expose kids from a young age to the variety of careers within our industry. There are countless construction career paths, with new types of jobs coming to the surface every year as the industry evolves. Importantly, most of those paths do not require a college degree. When existing workforce challenges were accelerated by the pandemic, innovation was no longer a choice – it was something we had to do. Now three years in, our organization and many of our partners are already so much better for the innovative changes we have made. Thank you to Arc’s Gina Terbot, who helped to plan and host this week's Mentor Luncheon at McKinley High School. The NAWIC team presented to 20 students about the construction industry, explaining everything from proper PPE to opportunities for females in the industry, in addition to playing games and handing out prizes! At the end, ten students signed up for NAWIC’s student membership program and each was sponsored by a NAWIC representative. #communityimpact #womeninconstruction #studentmentorship #buffalony
