For the past 10 years, UKG has proudly adopted Arc Broward's Santa Fe Group Home, located close to our Weston campus. What began as an effort to connect the residents of this home to the broader community has evolved into something much greater. The men who live in this home have become more than neighbors—they’ve become our friends, and this friendship has given us far more than we could ever imagine. Each holiday season, we come together to fulfill the residents’ wish lists and spend time celebrating with them. This tradition is one of the most meaningful parts of the year, as it reminds us how small acts of care can create lasting bonds. Adopting the Santa Fe Group Home and our broader partnership with Arc Broward has been a personal passion of mine, and it was the first philanthropic partnership I helped bring to UKG early in my career. Seeing this relationship grow over the past decade has been a deeply rewarding experience, not only for me but for so many U Krewers who’ve had the chance to connect with this organization's special mission to transform lives by empowering people with disabilities and other life challenges to reach their full potential. By supporting this home and this org, we’ve not only helped advance this mission—we’ve also gained a deeper understanding of community, friendship, and the power of inclusion. Thank you to my amazing U Krew colleagues for your generosity and for showing the world what it means to live our company values. Together, we are making a difference that lasts far beyond the holidays. #UKGSocialImpact #DontGiveBackJustGive #WeAreUKG #TransformingLives #SupportInclusion Diane Alonso Phillipa Masin Andrew St. Lawrence Julie Price Kim Vassar Vanessa Seltzer Jenny Mackie Jessica Rodriguez, CFRE

  • 🎓 Celebrating Growth, Resilience, and Success 🎓 At Arc Educates, every graduate’s story is a testament to determination, growth, and the power of support. From mastering animal care to thriving in the culinary arts and excelling in material handling, our students have proven that hard work and belief in oneself can overcome any obstacle. Last week we celebrated the graduation of our 2024 students with their friends and families and our team. As Carla Sanoir, Arc Educates Manager, shared during her heartfelt speech: 💬 “Don’t dim your shine by comparing yourself with others. Believe in yourself, because where there’s a will, there’s a way. Each step forward is progress—be proud of every moment.” Arc Educates’ success wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of instructors, staff, and externship partners externship partners, Abandoned Pet Rescue, Broward County Animal Care and Adoption Center, Women in Distress, Arc Culinary, AB7 America, and Cintas. Their support has empowers to grow, achieve their goals, and make an impact in their communities. Let’s celebrate these incredible programs, the partnerships that make them possible, and most importantly, the graduates who inspire us all! • Our latest e-newsletter is here, and today we’re shining a light on the transformative power of Empower, one of our core pillars that changes lives at Arc Broward.
