A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, Cliff has built a career defined by excellence in financial strategy and real estate investment. Prior joining Arbor Lodging, Cliff served as Associate Director of Finance at ECD Company and SMASHotels where secured equity and debt financing and drove strategic growth initiatives. Prior to that, Cliff honed his corporate finance expertise at BMO Capital Markets, specializing in credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial modeling for private and public real estate companies.
