Born in Seaford, Delaware, she attended Elizabethtown College where she earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy and her bachelor’s degree in health sciences and English literature (dual majors). During college, she became passionate about pelvic health, and her love for this specialty only grew during Level II fieldwork in an outpatient pelvic floor clinic. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys running, working out, reading, being outside, and spending time with friends, family, and her animals.
