Exciting morning touring a model classroom at MESA Charter High School 2 in Southern Brooklyn with Chris Karalis, Arthur Samuels and Carlo Schiattarella. The finish selections look phenomenal and the project is ahead of schedule for a summer 2025 opening!

We are excited to announce a significant milestone in our construction progress for Forte Preparatory Academy Charter School at 78-06 Queens Blvd: the successful pouring of the first section of foundation! This achievement follows the completion of key preliminary work, including excavation, structural piling, and support of excavation, all while dewatering more than 100,000 gallons of water per day. With this milestone, we remain on track to meet our project goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility.

We were thrilled to have received resounding Community Board support last week at Queens CB7 with a vote of 32-2 in favor of our residential rezoning and affordable housing project in College Point, Queens! With careful attention to community input involving parking capacity, retail uses, and building aesthetics, we have tailored this project to address the unique needs of our neighbors.

It was an exciting time yesterday conducting a building walk-through and selecting finishes with Arthur Samuels, Pagee Cheung, and board members of MESA Charter High School 2 in Southern Brooklyn, certain to be one of the best new charter school facilities in NYC!

It was a pleasure celebrating the accomplishments of our many friends, partners, and colleagues in the Chinese-American community this weekend at the 34th Anniversary gala of the Chinese Business Association of New York in Flushing!

Now more than ever, it is critical that developers become cognizant of the most pressing needs facing our diverse communities.
