The team Anchor Advisors braved the wind and rain to volunteer out time and energy last Thursday for the 25th Annual United Way Gratitude Project. Combined with the Chapman team and all other attendees, the United Way raise $108,300 and support 16,000 families across our region with the food, essentials, and resources they need most this season! 🦃Wishing our friends, colleagues and clients a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving! 🦃

Last week, two of our team members, Alec White and Constantine Angeles, represented Anchor Advisors by running the Boston Half Marathon. It was an incredible achievement that showcased their perseverance, grit, and commitment to tackling challenges head-on.   Their journey mirrors what we do as a company every day. Just like running a race, delivering successful projects requires:   Defining the roadmap: Setting clear goals and milestones—just like planning a construction project or marathon training schedule, setting specific goals and milestones keeps you focused on stages of progress. Anticipating challenges: Creating strategies to overcome them—whether it's adjusting to an unexpected hill on the course or reworking plans for unforeseen issues, adaptability is crucial. Equipping the team with the right resources and tools: Drive smooth execution—from selecting the right running shoes, design team, or construction manager; having the best resources makes all the difference on project execution and race day.   Like a race, every project comes with its own hurdles. But it’s in tackling those challenges where growth happens. At Anchor Advisors, we believe the journey matters just as much as the destination. And just like crossing the finish line, seeing a project succeed after months of hard work is always worth it. To everyone working toward a goal—whether in work, life, or on the track—keep going.
