Construction is underway in Littleton, CO on AMLI’s next community that is named AMLI Village Park. This Class A++ property is located immediately adjacent to AMLI Littleton Village. AMLI Village Park will be an exciting addition to the walkability of AMLI’s Littleton campus situated along Village Park Drive. AMLI Village Park will have 310 luxury units with ground floor retail, resort style pool, a beautiful courtyard, pet amenities, a multi-level clubroom with private offices, first-class fitness center, and jaw dropping views of the Colorado mountains from the 5th floor Sky Lounge and roof deck. We broke ground in July. Doors will open summer of ’27.

Yesterday we celebrated South East Florida’s Community of the Year Mid-High Rise on behalf of AMLI Residential So grateful for my team and all their hard work and dedication in order to reach this achievement. A leader is only as strong as their team, and I am very proud of the achievements this team has made. Seperatly, I am thrilled that our very own,Alicia Rice took home, the Area Vice President of the Year Award. There was no shadow of a doubt that you would walk away with this award.
