When I sat down to chat with Michael Schroeder and representatives from Roundstone, Vocon and The Albert M. Higley Co., I knew it was going to be a blast to write about this amazing new HQ in Rocky River. I really enjoyed hearing about Roundstone's seemingly perpetual success, but the real meat & potatoes of this story is how well the planning, design and construction came together to build such a marvelous building so quickly. A story like this is only possible with leaders ready to do the hard work. (Oh and of course we need to give a shout-out to The Thomas Brick Company - fantastic work as usual!) The Albert M. Higley Co. has completed a two-year OSHA partnership with Erie OSHA Area Office on the Erie Insurance GSOC & Doorbell Project. Safety is our top priority, and we are proud of the safety standards this project has set for our company. This accomplishment is a testament to the relationships our Erie team has been building with not only Erie Area OSHA, but also Erie Insurance Group and local trade partners. Our Detroit team has been busy this holiday season giving back and #buildingcommunity. Last month, they supported the Capuchin Soup Kitchen by helping prepare Thanksgiving dinner, proudly giving back to an organization connected with a longtime partner, the Solanus Casey Center. This past weekend, the team made a meaningful donation to AGC Michigan to support their Toys for Tots event, spreading holiday cheer to children in need!

Our team was excited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Humane Society of Summit County this week. The 27,000 SF shelter will provide new and updated facilities for animals from all over the county.
