Earlier this year, the NASDPTS (National Association of State Directors of Pupil Transportation Services) released survey results stating that there were an estimated 43.5 million illegal school bus passes last year alone. In Michigan, new legislation is being proposed that would give some of the money collected from bus passing violations back to the districts, but only if they have cameras mounted on bus stop arms to film the incidents. https://lnkd.in/guk5r9pW What do you think of this idea? #schooltransportation #studenttransportation #bussafety
