This week’s #ASBemployeespotlight is Phil Boyd!🙌 Title: Help Desk Technician III Location: Glenwood, MN 4 years with ASB What is your favorite part of your job? The people! I love the team I work with; they’re very understanding and supportive for a lot of things I deal with at work and outside of work as well. I also enjoy being able to resolve issues for people. What are your favorite hobbies/family activities? I play guitar, drums, bass, and sing in my off time. I have a YouTube channel dedicated to covers I do though it’s been a little bit since I’ve uploaded anything, I should definitely get back on that. How do you want to grow in the next 3-5 years (work and/or personal)? I’d love to see where American takes me, it’s been so fun working here and I’ve enjoyed meeting the people I’ve been able to talk to. Eventually I’d like to move up in station of course, but I’m very happy with where I’m at so far. American has offered me a lot of room to grow, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!
