Today, I successfully defended my doctoral dissertation research on ‘Evaluation of Alternative Methods for DNA Recovery of Compromised Skeletal Remains’. Yes, It’s getting closer and, no, I am not referring to the Christmas time 🎄 😅 A couple of months are serpareting us from the next 77th AAFS (American Academy of Forensic Sciences). Six years ago, during the 71st AAFS, I presented some idea about guidelining the #DUID (Driving Under the Influence of Drugs). After six years, I will back in the vibrant Baltimore, as part of a multidisciplinary group focusing on a specific drug: #marijuana. I will like to thanks Elena González Burgos from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Pieri Maria from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II that make it possible.
