At Gentari, we are proud to announce our commitment to supplying 650 MW of round-the-clock (RTC) carbon-free energy to power AMG Ammonia's new green ammonia facilities in India under a Power Purchase Agreement. This initiative will involve the development of approximately 2,400 MWp of renewable energy capacity, combining solar and wind sources, alongside integrating 350 MW / 2,100 MWh of energy storage. This represents a key milestone in our journey, demonstrating our ability to provide firm and dispatchable green power while advancing our integrated capabilities across the clean energy value chain. AM Green to Propel Global Fuels Decarbonization! To Invest $1BN for production of SAF, and to establish Global Bio Refineries! In a major step toward driving global fuels decarbonization, AM Green has acquired Chempolis Oy and Fortum 3 B.V. entities. This strategic partnership bolsters AM Green's vision of transforming Chempolis’ cutting-edge technology into a global bio-refinery platform through a licensing model, and production of SAF, further establishing AM Green’s leadership as a sustainable energy transition solutions platform. Anil Chalamalasetty, Group Chairman of AM Green, stated that this collaboration highlights the company’s dedication to advancing technology-enabled solutions through constant innovation. By establishing large-scale bio-refineries designed to process multiple 2G waste feedstocks, that will produce high-value downstream chemicals and fuels, including SAF, AM Green aims to enable decarbonization across various industries, including aviation, fuels, and chemicals. AM Green plans to invest $1 billion over the next three years to produce over 0.5+ MTPA of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Through global partnerships and the application of Chempolis' next-gen technology via licensing route, AM Green is set to create a comprehensive global bio-refinery ecosystem. AM Green and RWE join hands for a sustainable future! AM Green and RWE Supply & Trading have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to supply up to 250,000 tonnes of RFNBO-compliant green ammonia annually from AM Green’s facilities in Kakinada, and Tuticorin, India, starting in 2027. Mahesh Kolli, Group President of AM Green said that this partnership underscores a long-term commitment to propel #EnergyTransition, positioning AM Green at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions. With a focus on innovation, this collaboration with RWE aims to transform various industries and contribute significantly to decarbonisation efforts across OECD economies. The green ammonia produced will meet EU RFNBO standards, as outlined in the Renewable Energy Directives (RED III) directive, reinforcing the global push for clean energy solutions in sectors like shipping, power generation and other industries. AM Green and Yara Clean Ammonia sign a strategic partnership for a sustainable future! Mahesh Kolli, President of AM Green and Hans-Olav Raen, CEO of Yara Clean Ammonia have signed term sheet for the supply of renewable ammonia from AM Green’s ammonia production facility in Kakinada, India. With a long-term commitment to supply up to 50% of green ammonia from Phase 1 of Kakinada facility by 2027, AM Green is poised to transform the global #EnergyTransition landscape. Partnership with Yara Clean Ammonia will propel the transformation of various industries and several OECD economies and reinforce AM Green's position as a global clean energy transition solutions platform for low cost green molecules.  Meeting the EU RFNBO compliance and Renewable Energy Directive requirements, the supply of green ammonia to Yara Clean Ammonia will catalyse the production of low emission fertilizer and decarbonisation of industries like shipping, power generation and other industries.
