At AM Batteries, we've mastered the art of dry innovation. Our dry coating process surely skips the solvents but when it comes to a bake off, even the best of our engineers and researchers needed a splash of water to create their perfect baked goods. Just like our electrodes, our deserts started with mixing, a little heat and a lot of chemistry. From Nutella-filled choux buns and perfectly caramelized crème brûlée to matcha pound cake, black tea madeleines, baklava, and elegantly decorated chocolate cupcakes with raspberry filling, it was a delightful afternoon to savor and remember. From smoky to spicy, each pot brought something unique, with recipes as diverse as our team itself.
