About us

Altunas Capital has roots that started in single-family fix and flip investment over 15 years ago, that has progressed to large ground-up single-family and multifamily projects. Quite simply, there isn't a type of real estate we haven't touched. We realized in late 2021, that we access to an immense pool of shared real estate knowledge and wanted to spread the success of our team with anyone who wanted to take the time to learn; with that our syndication platform was born. With the help of many current investors, we’ve also been able to expand our respective portfolios, much quicker than previously thought. Now we want to help spread that knowledge and do so nearly daily with short calls to discuss anything and everything real estate and how you can do it yourself!

Key insights from a recent CBRE article: -From their peaks to the end of 2025, we expect industrial cap rates to fall by 40 bps, retail by 35 bps, multifamily by 25 bps and office by 20 bps. -In the long term, we expect industrial and multifamily cap rates to stabilize at 4.5%, office cap rates at 5% and retail at 4.6%. -Lower cap rates = increased property valuations and potential for strong returns.
